We would like to inform you of Dr. Crespo's retirement. Madison Valley Pediatrics will transition to Frontier Medical Services as of September 1, 2025. They are a Family Practice clinic accepting patients 2 years old and older. A request for medical records release IS NOT necessary if you wish to continue your child's care with them. If you wish to see a Pediatrician, Providence Pediatrics has agreed to accommodate our MVP patients from newborns and older. You may choose to go to any other Pediatrician of choice as well. A request for a release of medical records IS necessary if moving to another office. For any other questions, please call the office at 256 461-0209.
